    Most users should be able to access the Essential Network now. Some users may still encounter issues until Cloudflare fully resolves the incident, but we are not seeing request timeouts anymore. See the Cloudflare status page for more info.

    Our Content Delivery Network (CDN) run by DigitalOcean is currently unstable. Requests to the CDN may take a long time to complete, or may fail entirely.

    Users may not be able to see cosmetics in-game or in the Wardrobe that they have not previously viewed.

    The maintenance has been completed and users should be able to connect to the Essential Network. However, users may experience instability when using Essential. We are currently working on a fix for this issue.

    Our maintenance is almost complete, but the Essential network cannot be brought back online due to Microsoft having issues with their infrastructure.

    Microsoft are estimating that their issues will be solved at 23:20 UTC. We will give an update once the Microsoft outage is resolved.

    Maintenance is still in progress. We are currently doing final testing before we open the Essential network again.

Issues with coin purchases

    Tebex seems to have resolved the issue, we are re-enabling coin purchases and will continue to monitor their behaviour.
